A new woman is accusing Trey Songz of sexual assault and claims she has video evidence to prove it!
According to TMZ, Megan Johnson sent Trigga a letter demanding that he pay for allegedly groping her at an event in August 2013. Along with the letter, Johnson provided a video of the alleged incident.
In the video, the woman and Trey seem to be having a conversation before he seemingly pulled down her bikini top, exposing her breast. He proceed to chant “Titties in the open,” multiple times before the video ended. The woman in the video quickly covered up her chest and seemingly laughed the incident off in embarrassment.
Despite her chuckles, Johnson’s attorney’s claim she was humiliated by the incident, which allegedly caused her sever emotional distress. The letter even alleges Johnson began harming herself.
Shocked and confused, Ms. Johnson remained quiet during the rest of the event, as several of her co-workers tried to console her. Ms. Johnson specifically remembers holding her arm over her chest longer than necessary out of fear you would randomly assault her from behind again.”
Johnson’s attorney’s claim she decided to speak out after nearly a decade after reading about Trey Songz’s Las Vegas arrest in December 2021. They also noted that Johnson has suffered “permanent” damage following the alleged assault.
“Since the assault, Ms. Johnson has engaged in self harm, suffered severe emotional distress, including fear, anxiety, humiliation, depression, and other physical injuries and damages (both economic and noneconomic). Her injuries are substantial, continuing, and permanent.”
To avoid “lengthy litigations,” Johnson is asking that Trey Songz fork over nearly $5 million. The letter specifies that Trey must contact the victim’s attorneys by May 5, 2022 to discuss a settlement.
