A woman, filed under “Jane Doe,” is suing Von Miller in Los Angeles who says the NFL star, overcome by rage and jealousy, shared a sexually explicit photo of them with “two well-known celebrities.”
TMZ reportedly obtained court documents alleging Miller, 33, sent the images around May 2020. The Super Bowl winner was dating a woman in 2020, and the couple allegedly took intimate flicks together during “sexual acts.”
Jane Doe insists there was an understanding that the explicit photos would never be shared, but Miller violated that not once — but twice.
Von Milled Allegedly Sent Woman’s Revenge Porn To Two “Well-Known Celebrities”
The unnamed woman alleges Miller was “in a fit of jealousy, anger, and rage.” That’s when she claims he sent “sexually explicit” photos to two unspecified celebrities. The lawsuit claims the first message that was sent on May 7th, 2020, allegedly stated:
“This the b*tch you want? You can have her dawg.”
Von allegedly sent a second text three minutes later to a different number belonging to a celebrity, saying:
“This the b*tch you want?”
Both messages allegedly came with the explicit attachment in question. Doe’s attorney believes his client’s alleged situation can be a learning experience for females who date celebs.
“This case is a cautionary tale for young women that date professional athletes like Miller that think laws do not apply. Because of fame, money, and power. However, professional athletes are not exempt from the law. And Miler’s vindictive, manipulative and unlawful actions must not be overlooked.” the lawsuit reads.
In addition to “monetary damages,” Jane Doe asks the court to order Miller not to share the alleged photos.
Von Miller & Ex-Fiancé Megan Denise Had Drama Before Breakup Last Year
Megan Denise, Miller’s ex-fiancé, welcomed their son Valor in August, but before the birth of their child, there was a lot of drama between the two.
Last year, Megan claimed Miller prayed for her to have a “miscarriage.” At the time, she was pregnant; she claimed he texted messages that allegedly read:
“I’m so disappointed. I’m honestly praying for a miscarriage.”
Miller responded “fake news” to the claim, following the message with a photo of a sonogram.
Colorado police launched a criminal investigation into Miller over the miscarriage allegations made by his ex-girlfriend. Eventually, law enforcement announced no charges would be brought against the NFL star, per The Washington Post. Denise later stated her comments were “misconstrued.”
