Woman Who Claims London On Da Track Is The Father Of Her Son Is Suing Him & Wants $4,600 A Month In Child Support

#Roommates, things are getting pretty messy in the ongoing drama between London On Da Track and the woman who claims that he is the father of her young son. Not only is the alleged mother of his child suing him—but she also wants London On Da Track to cough up almost $5,000 a month in child support.

@BossipOfficial exclusively reports, Dayira Jones, the current stay-at-home mom who claims London On Da Track fathered her son, says she needs $4,644 a month for the child—which is reportedly based on her own monthly income of $3,500 and London On Da Track’s $45,000 a month salary, according to recent court documents she filed. Jones wants the judge to force London to begin paying child support immediately—and also wants a judge to find him in contempt of court for allegedly still refusing to take the requested DNA test that’s admissible in court.

Jones said that most of the child support will be used to pay for tuition at a high-quality daycare center. Since London earns a very substantial amount of money, she said she wants their alleged son to have a life that was more in line with London’s “opulent and lavish” lifestyle, and continue to keep the child in the relatively same standard of living when with either parent.

Earlier this year, Dayira Jones sued London On Da Track for child support because he wouldn’t acknowledge his responsibilities as a father. London then countersued her and stated that if he was the father, he wanted joint primary physical custody of the one-year-old boy.

However, Jones shot back that London hasn’t even seen the child in almost a year and it would cause him distress if someone he saw as a stranger had custody of him. She also revealed that London’s mom is currently raising his other son in Arizona while he lives in California.
