Yo Gotti Offers $2M For ‘Any Lawyer’ That Can Get 42 Dugg Released From 1-Year Jail Sentence

Memphis-bred rapper Yo Gotti is offering a gracious payday to “any lawyer” that can have Detroit rapper 42 Dugg released early from jail. As The Shade Room previously reported, 42 Dugg shared that his incarcerated living conditions are deplorable.

The rapper is currently serving a 1-year jail sentence after pleading guilty to failure to surrender in February.

Yo Gotti Offers A Gracious Payday For The Release Of 42 Dugg

Yo Gotti began celebrations for his 42nd birthday earlier this week. However, instead of thinking only of himself, he took to Instagram to offer a massive payday for “any lawyer” that can “get Dugg out early.”

“I got 2 Million for any lawyer that can get 42 Dugg out Early !! Thanks what I want for my birthday #FreeDoggy”

Before Yo Gotti’s Offer, 42 Dugg Alleged That His Jail Cell Was Raided By Officers

Hours before Yo Gotti made the $2 million offer, 42 Dugg took to Instagram to share an update about officers allegedly raiding his cell at 3 a.m.

Additionally, the rapper continued to call for legal representation.

“they raid my s**t last night man at 3am lol they taken me to war, I need johnny cochran lil cousin or sumn its on the flow in this b***h”

Earlier This Week, 42 Dugg Exposed The Jail As Having No Hot Water, Heat, Or Visitation

As The Shade Room previously reported, 42 Dugg took to Instagram on Tuesday to expose the deplorable circumstances allegedly surrounding his incarceration.

“Let me update y’all on what’s really going on, atl us marshalls tryna keep me from going home I supposed to get out oct 14th of last year they illegally held me without reasoning because they felt my federal judge in Detroit shouldn’t of gave me ah bond. I let that slide then after I got sentenced one of tell me he not sending me to ah prison, he gone make me do my time in ah county jail which is ten time worst, then he had the nerve to tell me he knows where I live…”

The rapper accused officers of preventing him from being transferred to a halfway house.

“i supposed to had court today for ah old case The us marshals then told the jail dont let me on zoom to handle the case so I can’t possibly go to the halfway house. Bruh these muthafuckas been sending all kinda guards to talk to me seeing if ima ask for something the crazy thing is they putting me on game…”

Then explained that the officials are allegedly trying to “ruin” his life, adding that he hasn’t yet received his release date. 42 Dugg then called for “the best civil lawyer in Georgia.”

“they telling me the marshals tryna ruin your life, they dont want you going home ,they haven’t even submitted my paperwork for me to receive my out date and calculate my days, I need the best civil lawyer in Georgia man.I’m in jail for going to the gun range, dropping dirty, and failing to appear. I didn’t steal from nobody, hurt nobody, they handling me crazy…”

Furthermore, he alleges that he is heating his food with the jail’s shower water and has no access to visitation.

“man, I’m in this b***h heating my food up with water from the nasty a** shower, they don’t even give us hot water to heat food up ain’t no microwave, I can’t get no visits from my family, nothing. I’m sure they gone do some more illegal s**t but what I ’pose to die in this b***h for probation violation ,Ion know what they got againt rappers an famous people but this s**t can’t be real”

According to the rapper’s current sentencing conditions, he must also serve three years of supervised release. Additionally, he must refrain from drug use and attend a 30-inpatient program followed by a 30-day outpatient program.

As The Shade Room previously reported, 42 Dugg will also have to pay a $20,000 fine.
