Whew, the internet wasted no time! Young Thug found himself trending after a viral clip showed him dancing with a woman. And, you already know social media had opinions. But, Thug wasnt letting the narrative spin out of control without saying something.
Wait, what video? This week, a clip started circulating showing Young Thug casually jumping into the background of a video while a woman danced to what sounded like an R&B track in a club. She had long dark hair with a pink flower tucked to one side, rocking a dress with a chest cutout that had her looking fierce while moving to the music. As she danced, Thug stepped in behind her, and at one point she glanced back like, Wait I know who you are. Some fans immediately thought the interaction came across as flirtatious, but Young Thug quickly shut that narrative down, insisting the moment was completely harmless and all in good fun.
On Saturday, the Atlanta rapper addressed the clip directly on X, insisting he was just having fun. Just was walking pass the camera and danced with a fan on some cool sh*t dont make it nun crazy, he shared in a now-deleted post. And yes I already saw the camera lol I have a wife.” He later doubled down, explaining he was simply showing love to a supporter, noting he doesnt know the woman and meant no shade, even calling her beautiful.
Back in January, Young Thug flexed his drip on Instagram with a carousel showing off his fit and his Sp5der x Adidas sneaker collab. And, Mariah The Scientist slid into the comments with a now-deleted reaction saying, I hate when people look at you, letting folks know shes not here for anyone else eyeballing her fianc. Thug simply assured his lady, no ones looking and just like that, the internet got a peek at their playful back-and-forth.
