It looks like Young Thug is focused on leveling up and owning up to his mistakes. He recently sparked a lil’ buzz online after teasing a new track about cheating. Thugga’s new bars come after he went viral for his public apology to Mariah The Scientist at the end of 2024.
Recently, LiveBitez caught Young Thug vibing in an empty bathtub while previewing a snippet of a track on Instagram Live. The rapper seemed to be feeling the record, bobbing his head and bringing the phone close so viewers can hear. At one point, he even told fans, “That’s enough man,” clearly holding back from sharing too much of what he’s busy cooking up.
Even though he cut the preview short, he could be heard spitting bars, saying, “I told her I wont cheat again… Took her up the [inaudible] Benz/Im on a million-dollar streak again.”
Mariah The Scientist hasn’t said a word about Thug’s bars yet, but she was present for his lil’ teaser. While Thug shared a snippet of the song on his stream, Mariah popped up in the background. He even flipped the camera on her and asked what she wanted to eat.
Thug and Mariah have been a hot topic while he remained in prison throughout 2024. Fans started questioning their relationship status after his release when they popped out at the Miami Heat vs. Golden State Warriors basketball game in March. When TSR dropped a clip of them chilling courtside, some Roomies swore Mariah looked over it as she kept swinging her leg and didn’t crack a smile.

Thug later hit up X (formerly Twitter), responding to the clip of him and Leena, making it clear nothing was going on. Leena doubled down on his claims, too, saying she “would never talk to him or any other man.”
Man me and twin was talking bout some whole other serious s**t, I dont know y she spoke on loving other people or anything else cause ain giving no f**k bout no h**s or n****s Im the capital P lol thats my twin and nothing else. Never have never will lol,” Young Thug wrote.
Additionally, the whole situation pushed him to drop a public apology to Mariah in another post on X, where he wrote, “Sorry to my baby for all this bullsh*t on the internet. I love u baby and f**k em all we know whats up with us.”
