Most recently, Yung Bleu had a lot to say about this year’s BET Awards. As you know, this years nominees for Best New Artist for the 2021 BET Awards included Coi Leray, Flo Milli, Giveon, Jack Harlow, Latto, and Pooh Shiesty.
After noticing his name was not included on the list, he shared a screenshot of the gold and platinum plaques hes earned, as well as the plaques that were earned by some of the artists who were nominated.
Yung Bleu then said, Tired of being quiet sometimes. I be wondering who a** I gotta kiss to stop being sh*tted on. BET yall know thats some bullsh*t. Dont say yall dont consider me a new artist either cause yall think I just popped up after Youre Mine Still.’
He continued to say that he applauds all of the other artists that were nominated in the category, and said, Not one single artist on this list got more plaques than me.
