Authorities confirmed that the 24-year-old was booked for domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment, with a spokesperson for the Burbank Police Department noting that due to the nature of the case, details remain limited as detectives prepare to present it to the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office for filing consideration.
According to reports from NBC4, the arrest stemmed from an incident at a Burbank residence around 5:30 a.m., where a 911 caller allegedly reported hearing a woman screaming. When officers arrived, they reportedly found Zaire with a female who had visible cuts on her face and body. Authorities later issued an emergency protective order and reportedly recovered a handgun from the home during the investigation.
Zaire, who once stood out as a high school basketball star at Sierra Canyon with multiple college offers, ultimately chose to pursue a professional path after graduation.
