Zo Kravitz Breaks Silence Following Her & Channing Tatum Ending Their Engagement

On Tuesday, February 25, ELLE published an exclusive interview with Kravitz. During the sitdown, the actor spoke about working with Tatum, who starred in her directorial debut, ‘Blink Twice,’ and whether she feels the film is now tainted by their breakup.

“Not at all,” she said. “I love this thing that we made together, and I care for him very much. Even when you bring up how great his performance is, it warms my heart to hear that, and Im so happy that all of it happened. I just feel so grateful that we got to go on that journey together.”

Furthermore, Kravitz shared that she feels Tatum “has a lot to offer.”

“He has so much more coming, and I think hes in a place as an actor where hes feeling really confident, and people are seeing different sides of him,” she reportedly said, smiling. “Hes got a lot to offer, so Im excited for people to keep witnessing that.”

To note, Kravitz also praised Tatum’s performance in ‘Blink Twice’ as “so different and so surprising,” yet something she “knew he was so capable of.”

More Details On The Initial News Of Couple’s Engagement

As The Shade Room previously reported, Zo Kravitz and Channing Tatum’s engagement initially made headlines in October 2023. At the time, the pair were photographed leaving a Halloween party, and a diamond ring was spotted on Kravtiz’s hand.

At the time, PEOPLE reported that the pair had met in 2021. The period also marked when Kravitz began working on her directorial debut with ‘Blink Twice,’ previously titled ‘P***y Island.’ In 2022, Kravitz spoke about their connection and time on set together with GQ.

“Whether it was making me tea or pouring me a drink or going to whip someone into shape or whatever he really was my protector, and it was really wonderful and sweet,” she said. “I think if you can do something like that together [making a film], it’s a good test. And we came out even stronger.”

A year later, however, Zo Kravitz and Channing Tatum’s romance appeared to be in a different state. In October 2024, reports surfaced that they decided to go their separate ways, per The Shade Room. Additionally, it was shared that Kravitz was spotted on multiple occasions without her engagement ring.

Furthermore, when reports of their split surfaced, Tatum shared an interesting message amid the chatter.
