Kodak Black Found Guilty Of Violating His House Arrest Terms

Kodak Black was found guilty of violating house house arrest and he be facing some serious time behind bars.

Judge Thomas M. Lynch made the ruling  Wednesday evening, which came as a shook to some.

Kodak had a lot of violations from going to a  strip club that resulted in allegations that he assaulted a female bartender. Last week a witness testified in Kodak’s favor, and said that she didn’t see him assault the bartender, and that she was the one who assaulted him by grabbing his gentians, according to UPROXX.

Kodak has been locked up since February for violating his 2016 probation 2016 case where he was hit with “strong arm robbery, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a delinquent and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, and was sentenced to five years probation.”

He violated the terms of his house arrest by going to Miami-Dade strip club, Adrien Broner’S boxing match in Ohio, and other places without permission from his probation officer.

The state wants Kodak behind bars for eight years but we’ll have to wait until his next hearing on May 4.
