A Fan Is Reportedly Suing Live Nation Over Janet Jackson’s Postponed Tour

Last year Janet Jackson announced that she was going to postpone her “Unbreakable: World Tour,” as she and her husband started their own family.

Last week the songstress shared the first photo her of her baby boy Eissa, and everyone instantly fell in love with him.

However, some fans are upset with Live Nation for not refunding their money once Janet postponed the tour.

According to TMZ, Tiana Adams reportedly filed a lawsuit against Live Nation after she allegedly did not receive any kind of refund after Janet postponed the tour. In the documents, Adams claims that the entertainment company is trying to get away with not refunding money by saying it is “rescheduled,” and not “canceled.”

Back in April of 2016, Janet said, “I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can.” At the moment there has not been a date released for when the tour will resume.

TMZ reached out to Live Nation for a comment but did not hear back as of now.
