Azealia Banks Hit With $137K Lawsuit Over Unpaid Debt

Azealia Banks just can’t stay out of trouble. This time, the rapper is facing a lawsuit over a $137,000 in unpaid consumer debt, including two credit cards and a personal line of credit.

Page Six reports that Banks signed up for a Visa credit card with L.A.-based City National Bank back in 2012.

According to the lawsuit, she fell behind in payments last December and owes close to $79K on that card.

In May 2015, she got a second Visa with City National but also stopped making payments on that card last year. The suit says the balance owing is $8,000.

Additionally, court docs indicate that Banks owes more than $50,000 for a personal line of credit from 2016.
