#WNBA legend-in-the-making #CandaceParker has just been added to the growing list of successful women who have had to come out of their pockets in their divorce settlements. However, don’t think that she got the shorter end of the stick!
According to @TMZ_Tv, Parker is getting ready to shell out $400,000 to her soon-to-be-ex-husband #SheldonWilliams in a divorce settlement! Per court documents obtained by TMZ, Williams earned more than $12 million during his 6-year NBA career, but it appears as though Miss Parker has made more. ???? Since she’s tossing her ex this little check, Parker won’t have to pay him monthly spousal support, so that’s way better for her in the long run.
The divorce seems to be super amicable, because both parties have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old daughter! Neither of them will be paying child support and they have agreed to split all of the child’s costs down the middle.
Parker and Williams will also split the profits on their Encino, CA home which they recently sold for $3.75 mil.
