The individuals responsible for the Academy Awards taking the biggest L on Sunday, won’t have the chance to make the same mistake next year because they’ve been fired from working future shows.
According to TMZ, the Academy’s president said that Brian Cullinan and Martha Ruiz won’t be handing out the award envelopes in the future. Brian was the guy who handed the L to Warren Beatty, the wrong envelope for Best Picture.
On the bright side Brian and Martha are still employed with the firm, they just won’t be at the Oscars.
