Stacey Dash just can’t seem to win these days. She is in the process of suing a DTLA strip clip for using her former playboy pictures on their flyers.
According to TMZ, Stacey claims that the club ‘Deja Vu’ straight up stole her pictures from her 2006 August Playboy shoot, and used it to advertise one of the employees birthday parties.
Stacey is pissed because she’s not a stripper and feels that the club is giving off a different message, and they never even asked her if it was cool.
Stacey plans to sue, but hey that’s nothing new!
