Looks like another one of 50 Cent’s petty antics has got him in the hot seat in court ….again! This time it has to do with the those taunting money pics Mr. Curtis Jackson has been posting on Instagram after he filed for bankruptcy in order to get out of paying Rick Ross’ baby mama.
We knew it would just be a matter of time until 50 Cent’s social media antics would catch up with him in court, but we’re just wondering what took them so long! Anyways, according to CNN Money, the rapper turned business mogul had to head back to court to explain his petty posting in front of U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ann M. Nevin, someone who at this point doesn’t believe a word the rapper has to say.
“I’m concerned about allegations of nondisclosure or a lack of transparency in the case,” Judge Nevins told 50 Cent’s attorney, James Berman.”There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process.” The judge also added that bankruptcy court is made for “an honest but unfortunate debtor can come into court and seek relief.”

Yeah….this isn’t looking too good and thats not all either! 50 Cent may also be in trouble for not reporting property that he apparently has in Africa as well as money made from big performances he’s had also previously posted a few weeks back but ironically has since deleted.
Even through it all his lawyer is still sticking with his story, “Mr. Jackson has been forthcoming and transparent with all creditors.”
