Followers of celebrity stylist, Sonique Saturday, are accusing Gucci of stealing her famous BellaDonna handbags concept. If you are unfamiliar with Sonique you may remembered when the epic Twitter war between Amber Rose and Khloe Kardashian popped off and then Amber was later spotted sporting this bag:
Many thought it was shade towards the Kardashians but either way…that work of art was designed by Sonique. She has been styling since 2009 but now her designs are really turning heads with her latest bag concepts and it may have turned some heads over at Gucci too!The luxury brand recently unveiled their latest bag a couple of weeks ago at FW16 . Well ironically enough the bad does resemble Sonique’s design!Ironically enough while she is promoting fake Hermes… Gucci decided that their painted statement piece would be “Real Gucci”.. shade or nah?

“Let me just start off by saying that I love Gucci. I’m a huge fan of their work, I love their fashion always have been a fan and always will be,” the stylist said on Snap Chat before calling them out. “On that note Gucci, the fashion house… the fashion brand that we love so much, y’all dead wrong for stealing my idea.”
She continues to say that she had other incidents where people tried to bootleg her bag but never on the scale of Gucci. She takes it as the good ol’ saying goes “imitation is the highest form of flattery.”
