Last week our hearts broke when we heard the unfortunate news about a high school student, Amy Inita Joyner-Francis, who was killed last Thursday in a bathroom fight at her high school.
According to KTLA, Delaware school officials have suspended three students indefinitely following the altercation that lead to death of the 16-year old.
Wilmington Police Chief Bobby Cummings met with several parents and teachers Monday night and informed them that those three individuals are being investigated, and so far charges have not been filed as of yet, but he did say they expect to bring charges hopefully by the end of the week.
