Word on the street is Bobby Brown has joined the wrongful death lawsuit against Nick Gordon as a new plaintiff.
According to People, court documents show Brown’s name was added to the $10 million lawsuit on May 4th just two days after the conservator, Bedelia Hargrove refiled a motion “for monetary sanctions and other relief against Gordon on grounds of his complete disregard of the court and lack of response. “
Basically Nick Gordon put his foot in his mouth when he took the deal to speak with Dr. Phil a few weeks ago about the day Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive. The suit says he took a large amount of money to divulge the details with the show but failed to answer questions under oath siting it would incriminate him.
The lawsuit states that the “defendant ignores this Court’s mandates but freely discusses his role in the incident which led to the horrific injuries to Decedent Bobbi Kristina Brown on public television” and “fully and freely discusses the version of the facts and circumstances which gave rise to this litigation.”
The suit is seeking more than $50,000,000 from Gordon and sources say he is “distraught” because he doesn’t have any resources to fight against the allegations seeing how he doesn’t have any counsel.
The lawsuit alleges that “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Defendant (Gordon) after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.”
