A judge decided today,that the 2004 sexual assault case against Bill Cosby will go to trial #Roommates.
According to NBC News, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, District Judge Elizabeth McHugh came to this ruling after pieces of one of Cosby’s accuser, Andrea Constand, police statements were read during the hearing!
Now if you don’t remember, Constand is a former basketball player who used to work at Temple University. She says Cosby drugged her and molested her back in 2004 at his home.
This is unfortunate news because if Cosby is found guilty he could spend up to 10 years behind bars.
