Looks like Future is facing more baby mama drama but this time it’s not from his ex boo Ciara.
The Jasmine Brand is reporting that the Dirty Sprite rapper is being sued by the mother of his first son, Jessica Smith. She is demanding that the judge raise Future’s monthly child support payments seeing how his rising popularity should have his pockets on tilt now.
If you didn’t know, Smith took Future to court back in 2013 after she accused him of lying about his $16k monthly income. At the time she was only receiving $1,662 in child support and wanted more since she believed he was actually making at least $50k a month. After a nasty back and forth, Future agreed to give Smith $2,800 and primary custody of their now 13-year-old son even though they do have joint custody.
Well fast forward, Smith is back at it again saying the $2,800 isn’t enough and she is even accusing Future of being a bad father. She also claims that Future’s child neglect is having a negative affect on their son as he is now dealing with behavioral and emotional issues, which Smith says requires specialized tutoring and therapy for.
As of right now there has been no word from Future’s camp but we wonder if his latest drama will lead to another dope ass mixtape! Let’s chat below!
