Yesterday we reported on the shooting overseas in Munich, Germany which left 9 people dead and 27 injured, but new details revealed that the shooter was only 18-years-old!
According to NYDN, the gunman, Ali David Sonboly, was intrigued by the mass shootings around the world, and authorities believe that Ali may have gotten potential victims to come to the McDonalds with the help of Facebook.
Robert Heimberger, the head of Bavaria’s criminal police, said Sonboly hacked a girls Facebook account and sent out a message encouraging people to come to the popular fast food chain because of a special discount.
As you know, Sonboly then went on a shooting rampage inside the restaurant and a local shopping mall before he took his own life.
