The paternity lawsuit between Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J is getting messier and messier because word on the street is Mr. Jordan is demanding child support from the self proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess and that’s not all!
If you remember Joseline has ran to the courts demanding that Stevie take a paternity test and pay child support.
Well, The Jasmine Brand is reporting that the music producer has agreed to take a paternity test but wants sole physical custody of their unborn child and that it’s Joseline who needs to pay child support to him.
He argues that Joseline has been allegedly taking drugs during the pregnancy and says she’d probably still do the same up until she gives birth. He also believes that him having full custody of the baby would be the only way to secure that he’d be able to see her claiming that Joseline would be the type to keep the baby from him.
According to documents filed by Joseline, she believes her ex won’t live up to his promises of covering all her medical bills for the duration of the pregnancy but he may have a good reason why. Apparently in separate docs filed, Stevie argues that Joseline hasn’t even been keeping up with her doctor’s appointments and has been “negligent” to the unborn child’s welfare
Also lets not forget about the harmful allegations Joseline made on Stevie’s alleged homosexuality and his pedophilic nature with his own daughter. Stevie J has since demanded that the VH1 star stop defaming his name and publicly retract the already said statements.
