Looks like T.I.’s attempts at trying to get Tiny Harris to call of the divorce fell on deaf ears because word on the streets is she is definitely moving forward with the split.
Bossip is reporting that Tiny, who’s real name is Tameka Harris, has requested far a March hearing to discuss child support and custody as well as visitation rights and temporary alimony.

“Tiny asked for TI to make a full accounting of their money, property and investment accounts because she said she is entitled to half of everything. The singer turned reality star also asked for half of the automobiles they amassed during their union as well as money TI has in a retirement account.
She also acknowledged that the couple is in debt – likely the millions they owe to the IRS – and said that because of TI’s high earning ability, he should be responsible for paying it off.
TI has until the end of the week to officially respond to Tiny’s divorce petition. After that, he runs the risk of the judge granting a default judgment against him.”
T.I. also has the option to fight the petition and for his marriage within the two months before the hearing since a judge has the final decision on what each party is entitled to.
News of the divorce came to light after Tiny had filed this past December, reason being “irreconcilable differences.” Sources say they doubt that there is any coming back from this especially since the pair has been living separately for the past year.
