Updates on Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 crew have been coming in slowly for the last few months but a new development for one of the gang members definitely shows that this trial won’t end pretty for many.
According to Page Six, Shmurda’s co-defendant Santino Boderick, allegedly told his Manhattan judge to “suck my d*ck” and “f*ck yourself” right before he was handed a 117 1/2 to 130 year sentence.
Boderick, who had been charged with at least 20 felonies which included conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and possession of a weapon, had been offered a 15 year plea deal back in September but decided to refuse it.
Justice Abraham Clott hadn’t even gotten to the 23-year-old’s sentencing before Boderick began cursing at him. The defendant also began demanding that he be taken out of the courtroom, a request Clott actually granted.
The lengthy sentence was read in his absence.
Roderick’s case was sent to the Special Narcotics Prosecutor after he denied the plea.
“Santino Boderick was convicted of multiple incidents involving shocking violence, and which reflected utter disregard for human life,” Bridget G. Brennan, Special Narcotics Prosecutor, said in a statement obtained by XXL on Wednesday. “The sentence imposed on him today will protect the community, and appropriately punish behavior that terrorized countless innocent people.” – via Complex
Looks like Bobby knew better because he decided to take the 7 year deal that was offered to him in September.
