Remember 50 Cent’s former mansion located in Farmington, CT, you know the one that was featured on an episode of MTV Cribs way back when? Well 50 had initially put it up for sell back in 2007 for $18.5 million but it looks like the home has finally found a new owner… for a whopping discount!
Throughout the years the price of the home has been reduced, and was finally sold for $8 million. With 50 being the previous owner, and Mike Tyson being another previous owner of the home, you’re probably wondering what celebrity will call it their home next? The answer is none!
It is being reported by TMZ that 21-bedroom home will be turned into a living facility for the elderly if the town approves. Reportedly 50 used to spend around $70,000 a month just to maintain the home, which also includes a casino, nightclub, indoor and outdoor pool, a pond, basketball court, helicopter pad and much more.
The purchase couldn’t come at a better time since the rapper filed for bankruptcy late last year. Wonder if Rick Ross’ baby mama will be cashing this check soon! Lets chat below!
