Michael Costello Responds To Chrissy Teigen Denying Alleged Bullying

Michael Costello Responds To Chrissy Teigen Denying Alleged Bullying Messages

When you thought it was over but wait–there’s more. As the Michael Costello drama unfolds on social media, Chrissy Teigen’s team is clapping back and denying the alleged messages Michael shared where he called Chrissy out for bullying him. As we reported earlier this week, Michael took to the ‘gram and claimed that back in 2014, Chrissy bullied him to the point that he contemplated suicide. In doing so, Michael brought out alleged receipts of messages between the two which seemingly show Chrissy telling him he deserved to die and suffer because he was a racist.

If you recall, Michael faced backlash after a comment went viral and alleged that he used the “N” word during an exchange with a boutique owner. Chrissy has been pretty quiet following the alleged messages, but her team spoke out on her behalf via Business Insider. Chrissy’s team denies Michael’s bullying claims and says the alleged messages from Michael are fake. The major factor is the screenshots he shared showed several inconsistencies, meaning the messages may have been altered somehow.

Some of the examples of the altered message include a missing verified checkmark next to Chrissy’s name. To note, this was before Instagram implemented their blue checkmark to signify an account is verified. In addition, the screenshots allegedly show a video chat icon. However, the feature wasn’t introduced on Instagram until 2018, and the profile photo that Chrissy had wasn’t changed until around 2016. Michael and his team have been working hard to clear his name left and right following bullying statements made against him by Leona Lewis. So today, his team responded to Chrissy’s team and released a statement through Fox News.

They stated, “The fact that Chrissy Teigen’s team is desperately trying to prove the DM’s are fake and attempts to discredit Michael Costello, a victim of trauma and bullying by Chrissy Teigen both online and offline, confirms that she remains the same bully, despite her public apology.”

Roommates, we’ll keep yall updated if Chrissy Responds.
