Rapper and singer Doja Cat has seemingly confirmed to her fans that she recently underwent breast reduction and liposuction surgery. On Monday, the 27-year-old took to Twitter, to share the news.

Doja Cat Shared The Updates Via Twitter On Monday
On Monday afternoon, Doja Cat took to her Twitter account to reveal some personal updates.

Fans immediately responded, with one asking her how she’s been feeling. The artist explained that she’s “4 days into recovery” and even revealed that she also underwent liposuction surgery.
However, Doja Cat explained that she’s “healing really fast.”

Doja Cat Details Her Recent Procedures
A Twitter user questioned Doja Cat about the level of pain she’s in, to which she responded, “its more illuminati than illuminati.”

Another user proceeded to ask more about her breast surgery, inquiring if the singer went bigger or not. Doja Cat revealed her bra size.

Then explained to another user that she did, indeed, have a reduction.

However, the biggest concern in the minds of Doja Cat’s fans seemed to be inquiring why the singer supposedly underwent liposuction surgery. One fan questioned why people were so “upset” about her decision, to which Doja responded by explaining that people “are miserable” and “need things to be upset about.”

However, Doja Cat refuted the fan’s assessment and explained the procedure further. The 27-year-old asserted that she did not undergo a fat transfer.

According to Mayo Clinic, liposuction is a “surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body.” The procedure can be done on areas including the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, neck, and arms.
Additionally, the procedure has the ability to “shape” or contour the impacted areas. Mayo Clinic reports that other names for liposuction “include lipoplasty and body contouring.”
In an earlier tweet, Doja Cat explained that she underwent the lip and her thighs have since been hurting “a lot.” So it could be assumed that the artist underwent the procedure in that area, having the fat suctioned from her thighs.
Doja Cat Previously Shared Her Surgery Plans
As The Shade Room previously reported, Doja Cat revealed plans to undergo cosmetic surgery last year. The 27-year-old explained to fans that she want her “titties pulled up” because some of her tops didn’t fit the way she wants them to.
Then added that she had plans to undergo the surgery this winter.
One fan tweeted the singer, explaining that they would no longer support her if she went through with the decision. However, Doja Cat responded by saying, “and i don’t give a f**k.”
