The split between Tiger Woods and former longtime girlfriend Erica Herman continues to worsen now that the latter has accused him of multiple instances of sexual harassment, TMZ reports.
According to a new court filing by Herman’s attorney in Florida on Friday, Herman claims Woods began a sexual relationship with her while he still employed her. She also claims he forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep her job.

Erica Herman’s Court Filing Accuses Former Longtime Boyfriend Tiger Woods Of Sexual Harassment
At the time, Herman was working at The Woods Jupiter, the 15-time major champion’s South Florida restaurant, per the outlet.
“Tiger Woods, the internationally renowned athlete and one of the most powerful figures in global sports, decided to pursue a sexual relationship with his employee, then — according to him — forced her to sign an NDA about it or else be fired from her job,” the court document reportedly reads.
The court filing goes on to accuse Woods of “tricking” Herman into leaving the home they shared before locking her out and “taking her cash and pets” to “strong-arm her into signing a different NDA.”
“And, when he became disgruntled with their sexual relationship, he tricked her into leaving her home, locked her out, took her cash, pets, and personal possessions, and tried to strong-arm her into signing a different NDA.”
Herman’s attorney Benjamin Hobas went on to state: “A boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment,”
Woods’ representatives did not immediately return CNN’s request for comment, according to the news network.
Herman Tricked Out Of Woods’ Home, New Court Filing Alleges
The court document added that Woods’ allegedly tricked Herman using a “scheme” where he told her to pack for a trip to the Bahamas.
Herman was reportedly taken to the airport before being asked to speak with the golf icon’s lawyer, who told her she would “never see Mr. Woods again,” CNN reports.
“Then, Mr. Woods’s California lawyer, out of the blue, told her that she was not going anywhere, would never see Mr. Woods again, had been locked out of the house, and could not return,” the document said. “She would not even be able to see the children or her pets again.”
She ultimately refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement at that point, the complaint says.
The pair, who dated for about six years, had a private relationship, minus a few public outings at his competitions and the 2022 US Open.
According to TMZ, Woods has yet to respond to Herman’s recent sexual assault claims.
New Complaint One Of Two Herman’s Brought Against Woods Over The Past Year
The complaint is one of two Herman has brought against Woods over the last year.
As The Shade Room reported in March 2023, Herman claims in a separate lawsuit that Woods owes her $30 million after the alleged incident where he reportedly locked her out of his home with the bogus Bahamas trip following their split.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Herman, and Woods lived at his Hobe Sound, Florida mansion for the duration of their relationship.
Erica claims they had an “oral tenancy agreement,” allowing her to live with him for at least five years after their breakup.
Another lawsuit was filed in Oct. 2022, claiming a trust owned and created by Woods violated the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act. According to reports, Woods allegedly broke his and Herman’s supposed oral tenancy agreement.
Herman’s lawyer shared more information in the court documents at the time, as per TMZ.
“The landlord made the availability of her housing conditional on her having sexual relationship with a co-tenant. That conduct amounts to sexual harassment under federal and Florida fair housing laws.”
