Cynthia Bailey is opening up about her dating life while detailing her thoughts on remarrying. As The Shade Room previously reported, Bailey was previously married to Mike Hill. However, after two years of marriage, the pair announced their split in October 2022. According to PEOPLE, Bailey and Hill settled their divorce terms in December that same year.
Additionally, we should note that Bailey was previously married to Peter Thomas before her relationship with Hill. Bailey and Thomas’s divorce was reportedly finalized in 2017.

Cynthia Bailey Shares An Update On Her Dating Life & Thoughts On Getting Remarried
Cynthia Bailey declared she is a “single woman” while speaking exclusively with PEOPLE on Saturday. During the interview, Bailey also shared an update regarding her dating life, revealing she’s “taking it slow.”
“It’s coming along all right, it’s coming along,” Bailey explained. “There’s someone that I really like dating a lot, but we’re taking it slow. I’m still open to dating other people.”
Additionally, the 56-year-old explained that she’s “still on the hunt” for her “person.” However, she has no expectations regarding getting married for a third time.
Bailey emphasized that she “just” wants love and her “partner.”
“I don’t know if I found my person yet, but I’m still on the hunt for my person,” Bailey continued. “It doesn’t have to end in a marriage. I just want love, and I just want my partner… that’s it. Now, if we end up getting married, then that’s what it is, but that’s not my focus.”
The Reality Star Reveals Her Upcoming Career Plans
As the interview continued, Bailey reflected on her cameo on season 15 of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta.’ According to RealityTea, Bailey joined the reality show during season 3. However, she left the reality show after season 13.
“I actually still have some very great organic friendships with a lot of the ladies on the show, so it was fun the season to be able to just pop in and just say hello,” Bailey told PEOPLE.
The 56-year-old then shared her future career plans, revealing that she is “strictly” focused on her acting career.
“[My] focus right now is strictly my acting career, and that’s just really what this next chapter is for me,” she said.
Cynthia Bailey Previously Shared Her Hopes To Find Her “Person” With Tamron Hall
Most recently, Bailey also appeared as a guest on the ‘Tamron Hall Show.’ During the episode, she detailed similar sentiments about finding her “person.”
“I go into every relationship super optimistic…” she told Hall. “I’m a lover of love… and I think at the end of the day… everything in your life somehow comes back to love. So… I’m going to find my person.”
Furthermore, Bailey also commented under the Instagram clip of her appearance, sharing that she will “never give up on love.”
