Reports say Brittish Williams is pleading to have her prison surrender date pushed back.
The reason behind her plea: Williams wants to spend one last Christmas with her 5-year-old daughter, Dash, before she has to serve her four-year sentence. The judge sentenced the reality star to four years in prison on multiple felony fraud charges, including bank fraud and insurance fraud.

Court documents obtained by Radar Online reveal that they expected Williams to surrender by December 11. But in a last-minute attempt to spend Christmas with her daughter, she had her legal team file a motion hoping to push back the date. Williams further mentioned in her recently filed court documents that she would also need additional time to work out the living arrangements for Dash. The court expects her daughter to stay with her grandmother after awarding her guardianship, while the ‘Basketball Wives LA’ star serves her sentence.

Williams’ attorney said that she has yet to find a home for the pair during her absence. Therefore, receiving an extension will also enable her to address her daughter’s accommodation needs.
Brittish Williams’ Attorney Is Asking For An Extension
“Ms. Williams and her mother have been working to find the necessary place,” the motion read.
“They believe that she will be able to move in by the end of December. A little more time is needed to get a suitable living space for them. They have been working on it.
“They will not need more than a 30-day extension to get all of these issues finalized.”
Back in May, the 33-year-old pleaded guilty to false statements to the IRS, three counts of wire fraud, five counts of misuse of social security, and four counts of bank fraud.
Williams Expressed Her Remorse Before Her Sentencing
Williams addressed the court ahead of her sentencing back in October, asking the judge for leniency because she had a daughter to raise.
“I knew better and I did wrong anyway,” she said.
Williams explained that her impending separation from her daughter would leave her heartbroken, as she would miss crucial moments of her life during her incarceration for the next couple of years.
Judge Henry E. Autrey considered the severity of her charges and handed Williams a four-year sentence, including restitution costs of $565k she’d have to pay back.
