As she continued, O’Day went on to speak on the 54-year-old seemingly calling Cassie a “liar” for her allegations against him and “denying all of it.” Before concluding on the matter, the singer shared strong words for Diddy about God and mercy.
“Diddy did not apologize to Cassie. He apologized to the world for seeing what he did,” she wrote. “He says he’s ‘disgusted w himself now, and he was disgusted w himself then’.. but apparently he wasn’t disgusted enough w himself to not PIN this statement out calling her a liar & denying all of it.. leave god and mercy out of this, they aren’t present here, and you know it.”
In addition, O’Day shared her message by reposting the 54-year-old’s statement from December 2023, in which he initially denied Cassie’s allegations.

You stay on his neck, LOVE THIS, keep it coming because he needs to face his demons and take accountability for what he’s done to Cassie

That last part about leaving God and mercy out of this. I felt that.

Other users weighed in with their reactions and opinions of Diddy’s apology video.
Yep! It is just a public relations effort. This was a last ditch attempt for Diddy to save himself, but it has narcissism written all over it… since only someone completely self absorbed could think a short instagram apology is going to do anything in the eyes of the public.

He was making it all about himself instead of Cassie. It was all about what he’s going through just imagine what she was going through living with him and had to endured by his hands 🙏🏿

EXACTLY! MY first though is why is he apologizing to us? Cassie is the one who deserves the apology

The Former Danity Kane Member Previously Made Headlines After Speaking On Diddy

At the time, O’Day took to her Instagram Story, stating, “What you sow, you shall reap. I pray this emboldens all of US victims to finally speak on what we have endured.”
