Irv Gotti Is Considering Countersuing Woman Claiming Sexual Assault
As previously reported by The Shade Room, Irv Gotti was accused of assaulting a past lover. The incidents allegedly occurred in Miami, Atlanta, and Saint Martin. Furthermore, the Miami-Dade court documents filed on July 11 do not list the alleged victim’s name. Jane Doe accused Gotti of sexually assaulting her multiple times from 2020 to 2022. Moreover, documents state that the “Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward. These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”
Additionally, Gotti’s representative claims the woman is seemingly looking for a payday, stating she sued only “after Mr. Gotti rejected the attempt by this individual to coerce a payment of money from him. The lawsuit contains a single page of ‘facts’ which are unsworn to, sparse by any measure, and which Mr. Gotti categorically denies.”
