Tommicus Walker reminded folks of his “blessed” life this past weekend. However, the timing of his post had LeToya Luckett‘s fans raising their eyebrows, given that it came days after his ex-wife’s wedding announcement.

Walker took to Instagram on Saturday (August 3) to give his 168,000+ followers a quick look at how he’s living! Tommicus shared a short selfie video of himself chilling on the front of a yacht.
He kept a straight face as he panned the camera side to side while wearing a white t-shirt, white baseball cap, and dark sunglasses. In the video, he wrote “Blessed” in large, glowing cursive text. He also sipped a lil’ something something from a red cup while a song about feeling blessed played in the clip.
Meanwhile, his caption read: “You simply smile through it all when you know you’re tremendously blessed.” Additionally, he included an emoticon with sunglasses on and a Leo astrological sign emoticon, repping his August 16 birthday. Watch Tommicus Walker flex below.
Social Media Reacts To Walker’s “Blessed” Update
Note that the “blessed” post is Tommicus’ first one on his Instagram feed since July 6. His two previous posts featured his three children. He shares two of them, Gianna and Tysun, with his ex-wife, LeToya. His daughter Madison was conceived during a previous marriage to Sherese Nix, per Yahoo! Entertainment.
Fans of the singer may remember Tommicus Walker’s appearances on ‘T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle,’ during which he and LeToya underwent couples counseling. For context, the pair met in 2010 at a mutual friend’s wedding. In August 2017, Walker proposed, and they got married later that year in December. Their kids were born in 2019 and 2020.
However, after about three years of marriage, LeToya filed for divorce, reportedly citing rumors of infidelity. Though he expressed interest in rekindling their romance at one point, Luckett clearly kept it pushing.
In the comment section of his “blessed” post, social media users called out the timing of his post. Though LeToya married entrepreneur Taleo Coles on July 27, the news became public on August 1 via an Essence exclusive. The new couple held a lavish, white floral-decorated ceremony in Houston, Texas, in front of 200 guests.
“Ain’t seen a post from him in a minute now he posting after the marriage.. 😂😂,” @therealmzepps wrote.
@cage23love added, “It hit different when you know you messed up.”
“If HURT was a person,” @tuesdaysbaldhead commented.
“Why post that Tom Brady pic with that caption?? You may be blessed with a little bothered tho lol. It’s okay,” @mylifeasashlee added.

However, a few others seemingly defended Tommicus Walker’s update, calling out others for “bashing” him.
@sheriamora wrote, “Why are people coming to this man’s page bashing him lol … I’m sure Leroy’s wouldn’t want that. Yall need to grow up. They are both blessed in their own way and both have moved on. We have bigger fish to fry with this election than bothering folks who don’t pay our bills.”

Meanwhile, soon after LeToya’s ceremony photos dropped, she doubled back on social media with a video of her vows. Sis had her audience in tears! In addition to saying their love feels like “rest,” LeToya expressed her gratitude to God for sending her Taleo.
