Kim Kardashian is spilling the tea on life as a single mom. She recently opened up about how she’s essentially “raising four kids by herself,” even though she shares them with her ex-husband, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West.

Kim Kardashian Gets Real About Life As A Single Parent
The Skims founder didn’t hold back while discussing her experience as a single mom during the Nov. 12 episode of Zoe Winkler’s ‘What in the Winkler?’ podcast. Kimmy shared how, despite having a strong support system, she often feels alone and how she handles her busy mornings with four kids. Kim Kardashian has four children — North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5 — whom she shares with Ye. Kim and Kanye West welcomed all four kids before their divorce in November 2022.
Per E! News, Kim Kardashian told Zoe on the ‘What in the Winkler?’ podcast that she doesn’t often talk about her feelings on single motherhood because people assume she has all the resources. Despite that, she still feels like she’s handling everything on her own.
“But sometimes in the middle of the night when they’re all sleeping in your bed kicking you and crying and waking up — it’s not something that I talk about a lot because I feel like there is always a lot of judgment or people always will jump to the, ‘Oh, but you have the resources to have nannies and to have help.’ And I just think that no matter what kind of help I have, basically raising four kids by myself,” Kardashian explained.
Additionally, Kim described her chaotic mornings getting her kids ready for school.
“I mean, even carpool this morning, I had five kids that I had to take, two came over, and everyone leaves and wants to leave at like, different times and wants different stuff,” she explained. “I feel like I’m at, like, a pitstop of a racecar driver, when it’s like, ‘Brush your teeth, brush your teeth, brush your teeth, brush your teeth, OK, get dressed, get dressed, do your hair.’”
Despite feeling like life is lifing, Kim shared that she enjoys taking her kids to school every morning. She makes it a top priority and values the time to bond with them, according to PageSix.
“That’s what’s really important to me… driving them to school every single day is just what I have to do no matter what my work schedule is. That’s just, like, my bonding time. That’s when I can get them up, get ready, but it’s madness,” she continued.

Kimmy Shares Her Thoughts On Dating
While Kim navigates motherhood without Ye, it looks like some of her kids might want her to ditch the “single” title soon. During her August appearance on ‘The Tonight Show,’ Kim chatted with host Jimmy Fallon about her dating life. Fallon asked if she was on or off the dating scene, and Kim opened up about her current situation.
Fallon asked Kim “What’s up with the dating scene?” questioning if she was seeing anyone. Kim immediately replied, “No, I’m not.” But she revealed that her kids have been pushing for her to get back out there.
“It’s so funny because my kids try to set me up like they’re ready now, and I’m not,” Kim said.
Additionally, Kardashian shared that her children are “so particular” about who they’d like to see her with. Specifically, her son, Saint has mentioned that he would like her to be with “any basketball player or soccer player.” “And I’m like, if he only knew,” Kardashian jokingly told Fallon.
