Furthermore, the video showed him walking into what appeared to be a backyard with a pitched-up tent. The entrance was adorned with a red carpet covered in roses and blown-up red balloons shaped like hearts. Inside, Shugg was seated on a red couch, and individual roses hung from the ceiling with her and Finesse’s photos. Additionally, a balloon ensemble featuring the question, “Will you be my Valentine?” was featured toward the back of the tent.
In addition, Shugg took to her own Instagram to share another video of Finesses’ surprise. In her caption, she wrote:
“Loving and healing a broken man is not about fixing him but about showing him that love can be soft, patient, and unwavering. It’s about creating a space where he feels safe enough to lay down the weight of his past without fear of judgment. It takes a heart strong enough to withstand the walls he’s built, yet tender enough to remind him that love doesn’t have to hurt. Healing him means standing by his side, not pulling him out of his darkness but holding his hand as he finds his own way to the light… And when he does, when he finally sees himself through the eyes of someone who truly cares, he becomes whole—not because you saved him, but because your love reminded him that he was never broken beyond repair…”
