The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Officer has released the official autopsy report for Young Scooter, a.k.a. Kenneth Bailey, amid a woman seemingly admitting to the unsubstantiated 911 call that preceded his passing.

More On The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office Releasing Autopsy For Young Scooter, A.K.A. Kenneth Bailey
On Tuesday, April 1, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office released Bailey’s official autopsy report. Furthermore, the report noted the rapper’s date of injury and date of death as both March 28, 2025. Additionally, the report noted that the autopsy was performed on Saturday, March 29.
Furthermore, it noted Scooter’s cause of death as a “Penetrating injury of the right thigh” and his manner of death as an “accident.”
“Comment: Mr. Bailey sustained a penetrating injury of his right thigh that created marked blood loss. This injury was not a gunshot wound. Mr. Bailey injured himself on organic (wooden) fencing material and/or woody debris after vaulting at least one fence,” the autopsy ultimately asserts.
To note, the official update arrived after Young Thug’s X account seemingly shared a message falsely alleging the rapper was shot.
Furthermore, the Atlanta Police Department shared an apparent reaction to the update and Thug’s tweet.
“The Atlanta Police Department is aware of inaccurate comments and social media posts regarding the death of Kenneth Bailey. While we understand that many people are saddened by his passing, it is important to recognize that Atlanta police officers neither discharged their firearms nor used any force against Mr. Bailey,” they stated.
A Woman Seemingly Admitted To Making Unsubstantiated 911 Call That Preceeded His Passing
Additionally, on Tuesday, April 1, a woman, seemingly known online as Demi Blanco, turned heads on social media. Around 12 p.m., she took to her Instagram Story to share a brief message, “I’m going live to tell the truth at 1 pm.”
Since then, footage has gone viral on X, formerly known as Twitter, of Demi Blanco’s apparent livestream. In a clip shared by @KollegeKidd, Blanco seemingly admits to making the 911 call that preceded Young Scooter’s death.
“There’s a reaction for every action. This is part A, you guys didn’t have part A,” she tells viewers in the clip. “You guys only had part B and the narrative — it looks like I was trying to set this man up because you guys don’t have part B. I’m giving you part B — I’m giving you what led up to the call.”
As the clip continues, Blanco alleges that she was “physically abused.” However, she does not detail by whom.
“So I called to protect myself — that’s the issue. That’s part A,” she continues. “I never had any intentions to get anybody hurt. I was the one that was getting hurt. And I came here to say my truth… At the end of the day, I’m a woman, and I was physically abused multiple times!”

Furthermore, in a separate clip, posted by Instagram user @absolutejusticenow, Blanco alleged that she was beaten by someone connected to Scooter and she was scared for her life. Additionally, she alleged that she “didn’t know” Scooter was present at the scene when she made the 911 call.

More Details On The Passing Of Young Scooter & The Fated 911 Call
As The Shade Room previously reported, news of Young Scooter’s passing surfaced on his 39th birthday on Friday, March 28. At the time, it was reported that he had been fleeing from a house and reportedly jumped over multiple fences and fatally injured one of his legs.
Earlier this week, the Atlanta Police Department released audio of the 911 call, which was received moments before Scooter’s passing. In the call, a woman alleged she witnessed another “girl” being beaten by a man in an ongoing “domestic dispute.”
“I believe the girl was hurt — she was, like, bleeding profusely — blood everywhere,” the caller alleged.
However, on Saturday, March 29, when APD held a press conference, they noted that the injured girl was not found when police arrived at the scene.
“We have not been able to substantiate any of that,” an officer noted. “Which is also a part of our investigation.”
Per the police, those with more information about the 911 call are urged to “submit a tip anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online at www.StopCrimeAtl.org, or by texting CSGA and the tip to CRIMES (738477).”
“Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000,” the department asserts.
