Hey, Roommates! The Shade Room had the honor of speaking to some of the hottest and most influential names in hip hop during the 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards this weekend!
First up, we had to catch up with Sway, Heather B. and Tracy G. from Sway In The Morning where they gave us an OG’s perspective on why it’s especially important for the younger generations to harness their voting power!
We also spoke to Demetrius Shipp, Jr. who will be playing Tupac in the upcoming ‘All Eyez On Me’ biopic and Breezy from Empire told us what to expect on tomorrow night’s premiere! She says do not miss it!
Last but certainly not least, Yandy and Bianca Bonnie from Love and Hip Hop NY stopped by to share the news of the rapper’s new ‘MVP’ video featuring Rotimi from Power. If you thought she was serving grown woman before, then you’re certainly in for a treat with this video! It’s VERY sexy!!
