The relationship between Ciara and Future seems to only become worse as time passes by. The former couple has had their fair shares battling it out in court, and those days are far behind them.
According to TMZ, Future is allegedly looking to have a judge throw out a claim Ciara made against him in her $15 million defamation suit.
Earlier this year it was reported that Ciara sued Future for publicly badmouthing her character and destroying her brand. All of which has had a negative impact on some potential endorsement deals.
In her suit she claims that his actions caused her to miss out on a $500,000 deal with an international makeup company.
Nonetheless, Future believes there was no deal to begin since she didn’t even provide any proof that the deal fell a part. Nor did she name the company the deal was set to be with.
The defamation lawsuit still stands, but Future just wants that judge to dismiss this one claim from the suit.
