Looks like the late Michael Jackson may have to answer to new sexual abuse allegations from the grave.
According to the NY Daily News, an anonymous woman has filed a negligence lawsuit in an L.A. court accusing Michael of not only sexually abusing her but she also claims that he paid her off to keep quiet.
The woman, who is the first girl to come forward about being sexually abused by Michael Jackson, alleged that back in 1986, the then 12-year-old accuser and her family were invited to the Michael’s Encino mansion to see his “candy area” during a sightseeing trip.
Apparently, she claims that for the next three years she enduring sexual abuse by the singer, even citing that the abuse took place at theNeverland Ranch, the set of “Moonwalker,” and in the back of singer’s limousine.

The “Thriller” singer allegedly gave the underage girl what he termed “movie kisses” – where he tongue kissed her on the mouth and body – and also digitally penetrated her, forced her to give him oral sex and rubbed his genitals on hers with partial penetration, the lawsuit states.
A lawyer for the new accuser said Tuesday that while his client may be the first woman to formally accuse Jackson of molestation, her story makes sense.
He also argued it’s “not surprising for a pedophile to abuse both boys and girls,” and that “her abuse ended when she hit puberty.”
Yikes!
The case against the King of Pop may be heating up also because of the mounds of evidence the Jane Doe has brought up against him including handwritten letters from Michael.
“I love you sooo much also you’r making me love you even more the more I talk to you I’m crazy about you all my love Michael,” one of the letters allegedly read.“I really like talking to you and you are so sweet. But you cannot play Monopoly,” another note purportedly from Jackson reads.
She also presented cancelled checks that showed record of Michael’s hush money cash trail which is alleged to amount to almost $900,000. The lawsuit also blames Jackson’s estate for failing to provide a safe haven for the children who were around him.
“Once again we see the only way he was able to do this was by using his money, his fame and the people who assisted him,” her lawyer, Vince Finaldi told The News. “People in his company were sending her letters saying ‘Michael misses you,’ and ‘Michael wants to see you,’ and ‘Here’s a gift from Michael.’ They were doing this with all the kids who were his victims.”
Finaldi says the only reason why she came forward almost three decades later because apparently the statute of limitations never applied to her case since she was never given notice on when to file after receiving compensation.
Of course, MJ’s estate is fighting back, saying that the lawsuit is just another money grab.
“This is yet another attempt to hit the lottery by suing the Estate of Michael Jackson more than seven years after Michael’s death and close to 30 years after these incidents supposedly occurred. We believe this claim was created from whole cloth and is without any merit,” the estate’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman said.
