Osefos Reportedly Waive Speedy Trial, Will Reportedly Face Separate Hearings
On Wednesday, March 4, Wendy and Eddie appeared for a pretrial hearing where both reportedly waived their right to a speedy trial under the “Hicks Rule,” which normally requires a trial within 180 days of a first court appearance.
