According to TMZ, on April 3, Diamond Brown filed a paternity suit regarding her and Chris’ 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown. Furthermore, she reportedly noted that “acknowledged paternity in a voluntary declaration,” which she attached.
Per the outlet, Diamond Brown reportedly requested to be awarded “legal and physical custody” of Lovely. This, while Chris reportedly be granted visitation. Additionally, Diamond reportedly noted that Lovely has lived with her since her birth.
Lastly, Diamond reportedly requested that Chris pay for the case’s legal fees.
