Delaware Woman Arrested After She Returned For Her AirPod
Harris argued with a Wendy’s employee before she allegedly snatched $15 from the cash register, according to NBC Philadelphia.
The ordeal began at approximately 9:09 p.m. at the Wendy’s restaurant on the 1500 block of South DuPont Highway in Dover, Delaware.
The 33-year-old “became agitated” after she was denied a cash refund and went behind the counter. In addition, a heated argument escalated into a physical altercation, which was recorded.
Harris Allegedly Punched Wendy’s Employee
PhillySpotNews shared a video of the altercation on Instagram, and it appeared to be shot by a Wendy’s employee. Harris and a female employee had a heated altercation that turned physical as several other workers looked on.
Another employee joined in to defend her co-worker as one brave employee tried to keep the women from tussling. Harris allegedly hit one employee “multiple times in the chest” and threw the stolen money out the drive-thru window before leaving. Furthermore, a boy with Harris picked the money up and threatened to shoot the employees.
No sooner had the police arrived on the scene, Harris was arrested without incident when she returned for her AirPods.
