This week, Kandi Burruss appeared to clap back at Tamar Braxton as rumors of a feud between the two continued making the rounds online. Kandi shared a clip of Carlos King interviewing Jason Lee, who alleged that Tamar once tried to use him and his platform to “attack” Kandi.
Kandi didn’t stop at reposting the interview. She added her own caption, writing, “But I’m supposed to be the mean girl,” seemingly responding to recent comments Tamar made about their interaction at the Essence Festival. During a recent interview, Tamar claimed Kandi appeared distant toward her during the event, adding another layer to the ongoing speculation surrounding their relationship.
Kandi Had Time After Tamar’s Latest Comments
After Tamar recently insisted she has “no beef with anyone,” Kandi stepped into the conversation with a claim that had social media doing a double-take. Tamar recently made it clear that she isn’t holding onto any bad blood with Kandi, explaining that acknowledging her at a recent event was nothing more than common courtesy.
