On September 23, a new episode of ‘Lovers by Shan’ was released via YouTube, and the conversation featured Kendrick Sampson. About 44 minutes into the sit-down, Sampson explained that he “looks at love differently” and feels that if he’s going to have a partnership, he “doesn’t want a child in there.”
“I definitely want children, but I want children with my homegirls,” he continued.

Specifically, he explained that he wants his homegirls to know that they will not share romance. But the only thing they will prioritize is “the health of the child.”
“I ain’t complicated by what I feel, and what mood I’m in, how you betrayed me, how you slept with someone, how you cheated. You know, I don’t want the romance. You haven’t been shown enough romance, and now the kid is suffering — I would rather be in a relationship where we know we got kids — it takes a village. This is a village,” he said.
