Gorgeous Doll is dropping jaws online once again — this, after accusing a then-21-year-old Kai Cenat of impregnating her with twins and paying her $150,000 to terminate the pregnancy.
Gorgeous Doll Accuses Kai Cenat Of Impregnating Her With Twins
On the evening of Sunday, October 4, Gorgeous Doll took to her YouTube channel to share a 32-minute-long “storytime.” To note, Gorgeous Doll went viral in 2025 when she shared a 69-part “storytime” series exposing Future and their alleged years-long relationship. Since then, Gorgeous Doll has seemingly coined the phrase “my lore,” and is now continuing her revelations with allegations involving Kai Cenat.
Per Gorgeous, she messaged Cenat to express her support, and they allegedly went out to dinner. To note, she did not share the date of when this occurred. But noted that this was “before he was huge.” Furthermore, she also noted that she has “witnesses” to their dinner and even included an apparent text message sent to one of them.
During the alleged date, Gorgeous Doll says they were “hugged up, kissed up,” and had “great conversation.” However, Cenat allegedly lied to her about his age, telling her he was 25. Eventually, she says, they became sexual, and on an occasion, the “protection broke.”
Ultimately, per Gorgeous, she became pregnant and called Cenat amid his viral jail stream series to let him know. To note, per Cenat’s Instagram, this would place the series of events in late 2023.
However, things apparently took a turn when Gorgeous saw clips from the stream of Cenat in bed with DJ Sky.
Furthermore, she allegedly went off on him, and he publicly shut down speculation surrounding him and Sky.
“[But] to be honest, it was never an official thing. We were never like, ‘Oh, we’re going to be boyfriend and girlfriend,'” she recalled.

However, she noted that she felt she was giving Cenat “too much access,” and even that she had let him meet her son. Therefore, she believed he should have behaved with more respect.

As things continued, Gorgeous says Cenat “came clean” to her. He supposedly explained to her that he was “very young” and had “more life” ahead of him, and that preparing to have two kids was a lot. In turn, Gorgeous explained that aborting two kids would be physically grueling.
From there, Gorgeous says she allegedly put two options on the table for Cenat: either she has the kids and he pays her $5,000 a month and buys her a house and a nanny to raise them, with his visitation; or she has the kids and he pays her $5,000 a month and buys her a house and a nanny to raise them, with his visitation. Or they go together for the abortion appointment, and he pays her $100,000 per child.
Per Gorgeous, she was excited about the opportunity to have twins. However, she says Cenat allegedly opted to pay her $200,000.

Ultimately, Gorgeous says she eventually learned Cenat was 21 instead of 25. And things proceeded by them catching a flight from Atlanta to New York for her abortion.
“For me, it was very traumatic. It was very traumatic for me because an abortion with twins is different,” she said.
Per Gorgeous, she informed Cenat that she was bloodclotting heavily, and ultimately, went to the emergency room. At that point, she included photos they sent to each other — Cenat allegedly showing he was with his family for Thanksgiving, while she sent clips of her in the hospital room.

Per Gorgeous, she was ultimately in the hospital for six hours, and Cenat never arrived, which angered her.
“Because the agreement was: you’re supposed to be here with me through this,” she said.
Ultimately, Gorgeous says they flew back to Atlanta, and days go by without her hearing from him. Then, for the next six to seven months, they argued about his absence. And she only received $150,000 from him.
At this time, Cenat has not publicly reacted to Gorgeous’ claims.
