Whew, Roommates! It looks like Mia Goth is ready to officially close the chapter on her marriage to Shia LaBeouf. According to TMZ, the actress reportedly filed for divorce after the two quietly separated last year.

Mia Goth & Shia LeBeouf’s Split Gets Official
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Mia Goth filed for divorce on Tuesday, October 6, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. She reportedly listed July 28, 2025, as her separation date from Shia LaBeouf. Mia is also seeking primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, whom they welcomed in 2022. On top of that, she wants the court to block both her and Shia from receiving spousal support.

Fans of the couple might not be too shocked by Mia’s decision to divorce Shia, as the two have been on and off for years. Mia and Shia first met while filming ‘Nyphomaniac: Vol II’ in 2012 and went on to tie the knot with a Las Vegas ceremony in 2016. Per PEOPLE, the couple announced plans to divorce in 2018, but they sparked reconciliation rumors after stepping out with their wedding rings on in 2020.

So, Have Shia LaBeouf and Mia Moved On?
After Mia and Shia separated in 2025, Shia left their Los Angeles home and relocated to New Orleans. In February, cops arrested the actor on two counts of simple battery following an alleged altercation at a bar during Mardi Gras celebrations. In June, Shia pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges in connection with the incident. A judge sentenced him to two years of probation. The ‘Transformers’ star was also ordered to complete alcohol abuse rehabilitation, sensitivity training and anger management classes.
Sources reportedly told TMZ that police were called to Mia and Shia’s Los Angeles home multiple times before he moved to NOLA. Mia also allegedly wanted Shia to go to rehab before he left. As for their love lives, it’s unclear if Mia has moved on, Shia however, has reportedly been dating Nicole Mumphrey.
