Roomies, send some love to the ladies of TLC! As fans continue showing up to celebrate the legendary group on tour, Chilli recently gave the crowd an update on her longtime group member, T-Boz, and shared a little more about what’s been going on behind the scenes.

Chilli Shares Update On T-Boz’s Recovery
During TLC’s October 9th concert in Las Vegas, Chilli told the audience that T-Boz, born Tionne Watkins, is slowly recovering after experiencing a sickle cell crisis. Chilli explained that T-Boz is taking the necessary time to get back to 100% and assured fans that she would continue holding things down for her. She also asked the audience to help show support for her group member while she focuses on her recovery.
“Some of you may not know that my group member T-Boz has sickle cell disease,” she can be heard telling the audience. “Sometimes, you have a crisis, and she did this time. She’s taking the very necessary time she needs to get back to 100 percent. I’m going to continue to hold it down for my sister. Tonight, I’m gonna ask each and every one of you to help me hold it down for her.”

Fans Flood The Comments With Love
Folks ran to TSR’s Instagram comment section to show T-Boz love and send their well wishes as she continues recovering. Meanwhile, others applauded Chilli for holding things down on tour while standing by her group member, giving fans a reminder of the sisterhood between the TLC ladies.

What’s Going On With T-Boz?
Many have been wondering what’s going on with T-Boz after the TLC singer’s recent hospitalization and absence from several tour performances. According to a statement shared by TLC representative Christal Jordan, T-Boz is recovering after experiencing a sickle cell crisis that required hospitalization. Jordan told USA Today that she is currently regaining her strength, while Chilli continues performing on the ‘It’s Iconic’ tour with support from Salt-N-Pepa, En Vogue, and fans. The rep also explained that the group decided to continue the interactive show while T-Boz takes the time she needs to recover. Sending T-Boz love and wishing her continued healing!
