1. The Blueface-Chrisean Rock Wedding Video That Went Viral
In January 2023, Blueface and Chrisean Rock starred in a music video for the song ‘Dear Rock.’ Both were wearing wedding attire, including Rock in a white gown and veil. While it wasn’t an actual ceremony, for a lil’ minute the internet questioned whether it was. At the time, the shaky couple went all out, including securing a diamond ring for the scenes.
2. Love During Lock-Up? The Prison Marriage
More than a year after the release of ‘Dear Rock,’ Blueface was serving prison time while seemingly keeping in touch with the outside world. Chrisean Rock, included. A few days before Thanksgiving 2024, Blueface’s aunt Karletta spilled tea about the couple, calling for the public to put respect on Chrisean’s name.
“The news is — from now on, on behalf of the Harvey family, we would like for y’all to officially put some respect on [Mrs.] Chrisean Malone Porter’s name. She is his wife, it has been confirmed,” the aunt said during a livestream.
Karletta clarified at the time that she had no details regarding the marriage, only confirmation that it happened. In an exclusive statement to The Shade Room soon after, Blue’s mom, Karlissa Saffold, denied the marriage talks. At the time, Blueface and Chrisean Rock further fed the rumors after adding husband and wife emojis to their Instagram profiles and tagging each other.
About a week later, Chrisean Rock cleared the air on her relationship status with Blueface. She told fans in a video that they were no longer together. Also, she revealed that on November 2, she and Blue had allegedly exchanged vows with a pastor on their phone call.
“He moving like, like, God sent him or something. [But] I’m baby-stepping it for real, for real. And the reason I say baby-stepping it is because we didn’t do the marriage license…”. Chrisean Rock explained in the video.
