India Royale is counting down the days until Lil Durk is released from prison. As he awaits his RICO trial, India said she already knows how she’s going to move when he gets out. She isn’t wasting any time making plans, she already has her mind made up about how life will look like once Smurk returns home.

That’s HER Man! India Royale Shares Her Plans For When Lil Durk Gets Home
India Royale recently opened up about missing Lil Durk and how good it’s going to feel to have him back home. Durk has remained behind bars since October 2024, when authorities arrested him on federal murder-for-hire charges. In September, a jury found the rapper not guilty on all charges, but he still remains in jail as he awaits his racketeering trial.
India has still been holding him down though. During the stream, she spilled some tea about how she plans to move once Durk comes home. She joked with fans that when Smurk becomes a free man, she’s “going to be on house arrest.” Although India laughed after dropping the bombshell, she made it clear that’s exactly why she needs to pop out now. Once Durk is back, she’s planning to be all about her man.

The Wait Continues! Lil Durk’s Trial Faces Another Delay
India isn’t the only one patiently waiting for Lil Durk’s return. Fans have been sharing their reactions all over social media ever since a Los Angeles jury found the rapper not guilty on all charges in his federal case. However, Durk still remains behind bars despite the verdict. His RICO trial was originally set for October 5, but the court has since pushed it back to August 30, 2027.
